Block Therapy:

Heart, Breast & Lung Health

This semi-private class is so important to release as the muscles we have been using to unconsciously breathe are taxed, exhausted and compressed. This will open this area and allow better flow of blood to the head and all it contains, as well as open up the major lymphatic drainage sites that are directly under the collarbones creating more space for the diaphragm to function, as well as take tension off the abdominal organs, improving their efficiency.This will lift the pecs/breasts, as well as allow a much deeper breath to be brought into the lungs. You will feel the release and lightness as a result of this class.

Block Therapy:

Calves & Shins

This semi-private class focuses on releasing the calf muscle from the shinbone. This is one of the main cause sites for everything in the body and should be done as part of your regular block routine. If you have issues kneeling, you can access this work with your calf on a chair. This is one of the most frozen areas in the body. You may feel a deep burning in the area as the muscle begins to pull away from the bone. It is necessary to nudge all parts of the fascia so the adhesions can release from the shinbone. You may notice changes occurring all the way to your hips, and even up to the neck.

Block Therapy:

All Things Feet

This semi-private class we cover the top of the foot, the heel as well as the arch, we are able to melt the adhesions that have locked the tibia bone incorrectly on the foot.This class will be very helpful for people with planter fasciitis and arch issues. This area often collapses and spreads. Bunions are also common on the first joint from incorrect mechanics. This class will address the adhesions that negatively support the collapse, it will help restore better alignment so every step you take improves overall alignment throughout the entire body. Notice the shift in your gait as your ankle will be able to move more freely. One of the most important areas to work as death begins in the feet!

Neck & Scalp Freedom

This semi-private class minute targets the neck and scalp. This will benefit anyone with headaches/migraines, neck pain, jaw tension, tinnitus and issues with the ears. It will also benefit your brain, hair and relieve stress from the neck and upper back.This is amazing to create length in the neck as well as relieve pressure and tension in these areas.Great for anyone with ear issues, neck pain, thyroid issues and needs improvement with circulation in the head/neck.

This semi-private class focuses on releasing the fascia from the biggest bone in the body – the femur bone. Hamstrings, adductor/ medial quads, IT band.. talk about tension release!

The revival of an ancient, spiritual practice with Ritual Body Postures. Engaging in trances allows us to align ourselves with inner wisdom, as we open ourselves to a state of clarity and insight. In this altered state, we perceive the world with a heightened sense of awareness, uncovering the self knowledge that lie beyond our conscious grasp.

Block Therapy:

All Things Arms

The semi-private class will cover the area between the shoulder, elbows and hands. The bones that make up the arms are long, and have a large amount of surface area for fascia to adhere to and manipulate. Releasing this tension will benefit the arms in general, as well as the upper back, neck, jaw and ribcage. We will notice the changes in the appearance of the tissue, and also the calm it brings. Releasing tension and re-aligning creates an ease within which translates to relaxed and happy cells.

All Things Knees

This semi-private class will take you through the knee joint to release adhesions that have locked your joint out of alignment. We will focus on helping to unlock the hyperextension that is prevalent for most people, beneficial if you have issues with your cartilage and the freedom you gain from this will give you the knees you had as a kid!

Meditation

The true key to aging well is making room for stillness and to meditate. Gain a greater sense of self- awareness, reduce stress and anxiety, increase mental clarity, focus, emotional intelligence and initiate the brain’s relaxation response.
